Welcome to M2i #703! This residence is the definition of Downtown loft living. The 15'+ ceilings and multiple skylights flood the large open space with natural light. There is a generous sized bedroom suite, which is enclosed to provide privacy from the living space. The bedroom has access to its own balcony, as well as a very large en-suite bathroom, which features a separate shower/tub, water closet, skylight, linen cabinets and a spacious walk-in closet. There is a custom modern floating staircase in the living area that leads to the loft, which functions as the perfect home office. M2i is located in Downtown San Diego's East Village, just a couple of blocks from Petco Park. M2i stands for Market to Island, which are the streets that border the building to the north and south. The community is a very contemporary loft building with relatively low HOAs. It is known for having large open spaces and exposed concrete walls in the residences. One of my favorite details of M2i are the high ceiling heights featured in the homes. The community has a well equipped fitness facility for residents, as well as a newly renovated rooftop terrace.
